Vintage Fashion Finds

Many of my wardrobe favourites don't come from some of the moment designer brands but are one off budget friendly vintage finds. Glasgow, where i spent my student years, was a goldmine for great and affordable vintage shops. The prices where not absurdly inflated, and the stock seemed carefully edited. I still wear many pieces I bought back then and in a way I love them more because they truly are one of a kind.

The You Way Magazine

Christmas was a crazy busy time for me last year. I was working really hard on a new exciting project at work, and here it is at last! The first issue of the bi-annual The You Way coffee table magazine. A big issue covering everything you need to know about SS15 with catwalk trends, editorials, blogger features and loads more inspiring images and articles. I'm so happy and proud to finally hold a copy in my hands.

Utility Chic

The SS15 shows left me wanting pockets, and lots of them. The bigger the better. Taking my main cues from Marc Jacobs (closely followed by Victoria Beckham, Rodarte etc, etc...) this was an immediate must have when spotted in the sales. Doesn't hurt it came with a 70% discount either and pared with this poloneck top my New Years look is sorted. Utility chic meets Saint Laurent.

About Time

minimalist watch accessory

Keeping time, something learned at an early age yet so hard to do... there seems there is just never enough of it! Therefore current arm candy is not just for looks but also a practical essential, without it I would be constantly lost and ever so less stylish...

Falling in to the Next Season

And so autumn came around! But hey, I don't mind I love this time of year... minus the rain. Please stop raining. Regardless of the weather, being able to layer up is exciting after the simplicity of summer's less is more approach. And as I can see the office from my balcony I never have to be out in the rain for too long, so I shouldn't complain. Also, I'm warning you now, you'll see a lot of this coat over the next few months... Don't say I didn't warn you.
